04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that in the meantime Petitioner has already received the withheld gratuity amount of Rs.7,04,138/-.
4. Accordingly, it is contended that Petitioner does not intend to press the Writ Petition any further.
