1. Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo stating therein that the sole appellant, namely, Ramsingh Pradhan, has expired on 09.08.2024. In support of the same, he has also filed the death certificate, which confirms his demise.
2. Therefore, in absence of any motion on behalf of the legal heirs or the next friends of the deceased- appellant to press the appeal, the appeal stands abated.
