ORDER
Order No. 03.09.2026

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The Petitioner in this writ petition, seeks to assail the sale notice dated 4th August, 2026 (Annexure-4) issued by the India Overseas Bank, Bhubaneswar.
3. It is submitted by Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meantime, the auction held pursuant to the sale notice under Annexure-4 has failed.
4. Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Indian Overseas Bank, submits that the next date of auction is fixed to 24th September, 2026.
5. Since the auction pursuant to the sale notice under Annexure-4 has already failed, the writ petition has become infructuous. However, if the Petitioner has any grievance, he may, if so advised, approach the Bank for its redressal.
