1. Heard Mr. M.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State – opposite parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner, who is working as Principal-in-charge of Dayanidhi Sanskrit Mohavidyalaya, Potari in the district of Kendrapara, that, the permanent recognition of their school for Upa-shastri course is pending with the authority and the representation of the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Director of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (O.P. No.2) to consider the grievance of the petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-9 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
