ORDER

Order No. 02.09.2026

04.

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the OJEE submits that since the Petitioner did not answer any question, no mark-sheet has been provided to her. He, however, submits that the writ petition relates to OJEE-2023. Hence, he submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Upon hearing learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 and on perusal of the record, it appears that the grievance of the Petitioner is in respect of OJEE-2023. Thus by lapse of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
