1. Heard Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is the Headmaster-cum-Secretary of the Managing Committee of Kalinga High School, Badakumari in the district of Nabarangpur, that he has claimed for release of salary components as per Grant- in-Aid Order, 1994, which is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, disposed of by a Co- ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the Petitioners, with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-3, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
