1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. None appears for the Appellants-claimants.
3. On perusal of the record, it appears that none appeared for the Appellants on 14.09.2024, on 14.12.2024 and on 08.03.2025. Though this appeal has been filed in the year 2010, steps have not been taken for removal of the defect. Today also none appeared on behalf of the Appellants.
4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Appellants have lost the interest in the appeal.
5. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution
