1. Heard.
2. Vide order dated 28.10.2022, this Court dismissed the CRLMC no. 2906 of 2016 for non-prosecution. Therefore, the petitioner has moved the present CRLMA.
3. Taking into consideration the contentions and the averments made in the application, the order dated 28.10.2022 is set aside and CRLMC no. 2906 of 2016 is restored to its original file, subject to the petitioner paying cost of Rs.2,500/- (rupees two thousand five hundred) before the Advocate’s Welfare Fund, Orissa High Court Bar Association.
4. The CRLMA is disposed of.
