1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner.
3. Heard learned counsel for the State. Perused the CRLMC application as well as the prayer made therein.
4. By filing the present application under Section 528 of BNSS the Petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 03.06.2026 passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Mayurbhanj in exercise of its power under subsection 2 of Section 3 of the National Security Act.
5. On perusal of the application as well as the prayer made therein, this Court is of the view that the present application under Section 528 of BNSS is not maintainable. Hence, the CRLMC
Page 2 of 2. application is dismissed. It is open to the Petitioner to challenge the order dated 03.06.2026 by filing an appropriate application.
