1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. When it is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioners are having some criminal antecedents including one of similar nature, Mr. Bijay Kumar Behera-1 & Mr. Prakash Kumar Samal, learned counsels for the respective petitioners jointly seek permission of the Court to withdraw these two bail applications by praying to grant liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail afresh by disclosing the details of their criminal antecedents.
3. Accordingly, these two bail applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
