1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. S.C. Pradhan, learned Addl. PP submits that although the petitioner is having eight criminal antecedents, but he has not disclosed his criminal antecedents in his bail application. Similarly, Mr. Sarojananda Mishra, learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant has filed an objection affidavit indicating therein about pendency of seven criminal cases against the petitioner, but he has not disclosed such antecedents in his bail application. At this stage, Mr. Arijeet Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail by disclosing the details of his criminal antecedent.
3. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
