1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for the State.
3. It is submitted that the Petitioner is serving as Senior SES teacher upon her promotion as Headmistress in Garibabandhu Government High School, Duduranta G.P. in the district of Jajpur. Her grievance is relating to give her posting in a nearby school, and her representation in this regard is pending with the authority.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per her representation at Annexure-8 series, in accordance Digitally Signed Signed by: SANGRAM DAS Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 02-Sep-2026 15:38:54 Signature Not Verified with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
