1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr. Bhabani Shankar Das, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application with better particulars.
