1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for the State.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that he is seeking regularization of his service as physical education teacher and his representation under Annexure-10 is pending with the authority. It is further submitted that a direction for disposal of the said representation would serve the purpose.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-10, in accordance with Digitally Signed Signed by: SANGRAM DAS Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 02-Sep-2026 15:38:53 Signature Not Verified law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
5. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
