1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Ms. Dalirani Behuray, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in terms of the order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.4619 of 2025 and by disclosing the details of his criminal antecedents.
3. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
