02. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.1805 of 2026 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C.-V, Bhubaneswar, arising out of Bharatpur P.S. Case No.634 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 109(1)/ 115(2)/ 126(2)/ 296(b)/ 3(5)/ 304/ 324(3) & 351(3) of BNS, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer.
4. Considering the nature of allegations and injury suffered is simple as stated by the learned counsel, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.
5. It is further stated that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
6. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. U.C.C. as per rules.
