1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this application with liberty to raise the grounds taken herein along with other grounds at the time of framing of charge by filing a discharged application.
3. Considering such submission, the present application is permitted to withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. In the event the Petitioner seeks for amicably settlement of the dispute and moves an application before the learned trial Court, the learned trial Court shall consider the same and make an attempt to send the
Page 2 of 2. parties to the district mediation centre, if possible, and proceed further in the matter on the basis of such mediation report.
4. Accordingly, the CRLMC application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
