01. I.A. No.851 of 2025
1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. This is an application for dispensing with filing of certified copy of order dated 22.08.2023 under Annexure-1 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.26552 of 2023 which is impugned herein.
3. Mr. Behura, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in the meantime, certified copy of the impugned order has already been filed.
4. Hence, the I.A. is disposed of with a direction to accept the certified copy of the impugned order.

1. The I.A. has been filed for condonation of delay of 497 days in filing the Writ Appeal.
2. The Writ Appeal has been filed assailing the order dated 22.08.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.26552 of 2023 under Annexure-1.
3. The Directorate of Printing, Stationery and Publication, Odisha, Madhupatna, Kataka vide its letter dated 18.08.2026 intimated the Office of the learned Advocate General that consequent upon Notification of OCS (RA) Amendment Rules, 2025 as well as instruction contained in Commerce and Transport (Commerce) Department, the sole Respondent has already been issued with order of appointment by the Appellant No.2 as Junior Assistant (Group-C) under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme. She has already joined in service on 29.07.2026, which was accepted vide Office Order No.6060/PSP dated 20.08.2026.
4. In view of the above, Mr. Behura, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that nothing survives to be adjudicated in the Writ Appeal.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal along with the I.A. are disposed of as infructuous.
