1. Heard Mr. A. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State- Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners, who are the teaching and non-teaching staff of Binka Women's Higher Secondary School, Binka, Subarnapur, that they have claimed for release of their salary components as per Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994, which is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that their representation under Annexure-6 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
