1. Heard Mr. T. Patnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. U. Padhi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State- Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that her grievance relating to constitution and election of Nirmalya Association of Allottees and for initiation of proceeding under Section 23 of the Odisha Apartment (Ownership & Management) Act, 2023 is pending with the authority.
3.
