1. Heard Mr. L. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that a direction for consideration of the representation of the Petitioner would serve the purpose.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the District Education Officer, Puri (Opposite Party No.3) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per Annexure-5 series, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
