1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. Being aggrieved by the issuance of warrant of arrest by the Metropolitan Magistrate 18th Court, Calcutta dated 17.07.2026 directing the production of the Petitioners on 05.10.2026, the present application has been preferred.
3. Both the Petitioners ordinarily reside within the jurisdiction of this Court.
4. Considering the warrant of arrest adverted to hereinabove, it is directed that the Petitioners shall not be taken to custody till 05.10.2026.
5. In the meanwhile, it shall be open for the Petitioners to seek redressal in accordance with law by moving the jurisdictional Court.
6. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
