1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties. Perused the CRLMC application as well as the prayer made therein.
3. Upon hearing learned counsel appearing for both sides and on careful examination of the orders passed by the learned Trial Court as well as the learned Lower Appellate Court, this Court is of the view that the impugned order does not call for any interference.
4. However, while disposing of the present application, this Court observes that it is open to the learned trial court to seek for any expert opinion, in the event the court feels that such opinion is necessary for a just decision of the case.

5. Accordingly, the CRLMC application stands disposed of.
