01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.769 of 2026, pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., (Cog-I), Cuttack, arising out of Markatnagar P.S. Case No.241 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/ 351(3)/ 3(5) of BNS.
3. Since all the offences are bailable in nature, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not maintainable, giving liberty to the Petitioners to renew their prayer in the event of implication for commission of any non- bailable offence.
