1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. It is contended that claim of the Petitioner though has been rejected vide the impugned order under Anexure-12, but in view of the order passed by tis Court in W.P(C) No.10728 of 2026 on 19.05.2026, the impugned order is liable for interference of this Court. Copy of the order is provided to the learned Addl.Govt. Advocate in Court.
