ORDER
31.08.2026 Order No. 04
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Pursuant to order dtd.13.08.2026, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly contended that he has already joined as per order dtd.12.06.2026.
4. Considering the fact that Petitioner in terms of the impugned order of transfer dtd.12.06.2026 has already joined, this Court is of the view that no challenge can be made to the said order after joining of the Petitioner.
5. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that he may be permitted to move Opp. Party No. 3 for consideration of his grievance, it is observed that, if any such application is moved before Opp. Party No. 3 within a period of three (3) weeks hence, the said Opp. Party shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of three (3)
