1. Heard Mr. I. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that upon completion of the execution of work under the Opposite Parties his admitted bill has not been released by the authority.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to Opposite Party No.2 to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-9 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
