1. Heard Mr. A.K. Saa, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization / approval of her service against the 3rd post of Lecturer in English in B.N.M.A. Degree Junior College, Paliabindha in the district of Jajpur and release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, that her claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that her representation under Annexure-2 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
4. Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per her representation at Annexure- 2, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
5. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
