1. Heard Mr. S. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization / approval of his service against 1st post of Laboratory Attendant in Chemistry of Nabaghana Junior College/ Nabaghana Higher Secondary School, Karanjadia in the district of Bhadrak and release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, that his claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-1 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
