1. Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization / approval of his service against the 6th post of Peon in Biju Pattnaik Higher Secondary School of Science and Education, Bhubaneswar and release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, that his claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
3. It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-4 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-4, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
5. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
