04. (Through Hybrid Mode)
1. This CMP has been filed challenging the order dated 25.10.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Banki in MAT Case No.64 of 2014 (Annexure-3), suspending the interim maintenance which had been awarded in favour of the Petitioner till production of the child and the required documents as per the order dated 10.02.2016.
2. On 06.12.2016, notice had been issued in the CMP as well as in Misc. Case No. 1814 of 2016.
3. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called.

4. Mr. Gaurav Das, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Niranjan Lenka, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 1 submits that in the meanwhile, MAT Case No.64 of 2014 has been disposed of.
5. In view of the submission that MAT Case No.64 of 2014 has been disposed of, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the CMP pending.
6. The CMP is accordingly dismissed.
7. Misc. Case No. 1814 of 2016 stands disposed of.
