1. It is submitted by Mr. Umakanta Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Writ Petition contains fatal defects, which cannot be cured. Hence, in the midst of hearing, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition, which has been filed by many employees joined together. Seeking liberty to approach this Court by filing individual cases to ventilate grievance of respective petitioners, a Memo has been filed which is taken on record.
2. Leave is granted to the Petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty as sought for.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. Pending Interlocutory application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
