1. Heard Mr. N. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. U. Padhi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted that the Petitioner is the President of SMC of Phulmani Bidyapitha, Tigiria, Basta, in the district of Balasore and his grievance is that, the Headmaster-cum-Secretary of SMC is not convening the meeting of Managing Committee. In this regard, his representation is pending before the authority.
3.
