1. Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. U. Padhi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted that pursuant to the notice for show-cause dated 28.07.2026, the Petitioner has submitted his show-cause on 03.08.2026 vide Annexure-4. But the authorities are sitting over the matter without taking any step on the same.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer, Baragarh (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the show-cause submitted by the Petitioner under Annexure-4 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. If necessary, a personal hearing may be given to the Petitioner.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
