1. Heard Mr. R. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mrs. U. Padhi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted that the Petitioners, who joined as Gana Sikhyaka, have prayed for their regularization in service. In this regard, their representation is pending before the authority.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the District Education Officer, Malkangiri (Opposite Party No.4) to consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-8 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
