1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for the State.
3. It is submitted that the Petitioner is a farmer registered in respect of procurement of paddy by O.P.No.4. His grievance is that though he was registered for Rabi crops, but the token is not being issued to him for present Kharif crop.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Secretary, Primary Agricultural Credit Society (PACS), Kashibahal, Kalahandi (Opposite Party No.4) to take steps for registration of the Petitioner for the Kharif crop and issuance of token in his favour, if he is found eligible and in accordance with law, Digitally Signed Signed by: SANGRAM DAS Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 29-Aug-2026 13:59:34 Signature Not Verified
