01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.373 of 2026 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Polasara, arising out of Polasara P.S. Case No.375 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Section 331(4)/ 305 of B.N.S., 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Agency has taken recourse to the provision contained under Section 35(3) of BNSS, as such, there is no apprehension of arrest.
4. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to renew his prayer, if there is any fresh cause of action.
5. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
