01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.986 of 2026 pending on the file of learned SDJM, Khordha, arising out of Khordha Model P.S. Case No.446 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Section 281 and 106(1) of B.N.S. 2023.
3. Since all the offences are bailable in nature, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not maintainable, giving liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer in the event of implication for commission of any non- bailable offence.
