1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for the State.
3. It is submitted that a direction for consideration of the representation of the Petitioner would serve the purpose.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the District Education Officer, Nayagarh (Opposite Party No.5) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-2, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
