1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. None appeared for the Petitioner when the matter was taken up.
3. Even though the present restoration application has been filed since 30.06.2008 seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, so dismissed for non-prosecution in the year 2007, but defects as pointed out by the SR has not yet been removed.
4. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that Petitioner is no more interested to move the application for restoration.
