1. Heard Mr. A. Acharya, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.K. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that a direction for consideration of his representation by the authority would serve the purpose.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission with a direction to the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Sambalpur (Opposite Party No.3) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure- 5, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
