ORDER

01.
1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. This Contempt Petition has been filed challenging non- implementation of the order dated 22.01.2026 passed in W.P.(C) No.2196 of 2026.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor on the other hand contended that in the meantime the State Government in G.A. & P.G. Department has amended the OCS(RA) Rule vide Notification dated 04.04.2025.
4. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Petition is disposed of by directing the Contemnor to implement the order dated 22.01.2026 passed in W.P.(C)
Page 2 of 2. No.2196 of 2026 keeping in view the Notification dated 04.04.2025 within a period of two months hence, failing which it will be construed to be a deliberate and wilful violation of this Court’s order.
