1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. It is stated by Mr.B.N.Rath, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant that he has no instruction in the matter.
3. Moreover, on perusal of the record it appears that though the appeal is of the year 2016, however, no steps have been taken for limitation in the meantime. Therefore, the limitation continues to run and in the meantime more than a decade’s time has elapsed.
4. In such view of the matter, the Appeal stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
