1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the Appellant when the matter is called.
3. On perusal of the record, it appears that though the appeal was filed in the year 2015 and notice was directed to be issued to the Respondents vide order dated 28.06.2016, no such requisites have been filed for issuance of such notice. In the meantime, nearly ten years have elapsed.
4. In view of the aforesaid position, this Court is of the view that the Appellant has lost interest in pursuing the present appeal.
5. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed due to non- prosecution.
