1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. It is submitted by Mr. Pal, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Airport Authorities (O.P.No.3 and 4) have withdrawn the impugned order at Annexure-7 by their letter dated 27th August 2026.
3. Mr. B.P.Tripathy, learned counsel along with Mr. G.Madani appears for Airport Authority of India, i.e. Opposite Parties 3 and 4, and submits a copy of letter dated 27th August 2026. The same is kept on record.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
