01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.1857 of 2026 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar, arising out of Bharatpur P.S. Case No.639 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections s- 160(1)/ 281 of BNS, 2023.
3. Ex facie this Court is not persuaded to hold that there is any perceptible threat of arrest.
4. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
5. Liberty is given to the Petitioner to renew his prayer if there is any fresh cause of action.
