1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for the State.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that pursuant to completion of the work of construction of Office-cum-Commercial Complex at Badmal, Jharsuguda as per the agreement dated 2nd June 2017, the Opposite Parties are not releasing the admitted dues of the Petitioner. It is further submitted that in this regard his legal notice, sent to the authorities demanding for release of the amount, is not attended.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Chief General Manager, IDCO, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Digitally Signed Signed by: SANGRAM DAS Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 28-Aug-2026 16:27:56 Signature Not Verified
Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-14 in the form of legal notice, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
