1. Heard Mr. P.C. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T.K. Dash, learned AGA for State – opposite parties.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner who is serving as Section Officer in the office of Block Education Officer, Badasahi has been transferred to the office of Block Education Officer, G.B. Nagar, before 17 months of his due date for superannuation. It is submitted that such order of transfer of the petitioner within two years prior to his retirement is violative of Government Policy in Resolution dated 18th September 2025 (Annexure-5) of School and Mass Education Department. It is further submitted that the representation of the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Director of Secondary Education (O.P.
