1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This is an application to recall order dated 24th February, 2025 passed in RVWPET No.199 of 2022, whereby the RVWPET was dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during that period, he was not well and was not in a position to attend the Court. Thus, he could not make himself available when the matter was called. It is further submitted that the Review Petitioner has a fair chance to succeed in the RVWPET.
