1. Today, Mr. Sanjaya Kumar Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo seeking permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
2. Mr. Shibashish Misra, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 files a memo enclosing therewith the Agreement executed between the petitioner and the Opposite Party No.2 dated 22.07.2026.
3. In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having regard to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of Clauses 1 to 5 of the Agreement
executed between the petitioner and the Opposite Party No.2 dated 22.07.2026.
